Two exceptional leaders from CareYourWay, a family-run home care provider based in Totnes, have been announced as finalists in the prestigious 2025 West Country Women Awards.
Sarah Sabater (CEO and Founder) and Anna Potgieter (Head of Brand and Marketing) have each secured a top-four spot in their respective categories, chosen from thousands of nominees across the region. Their nominations highlight both individual excellence and the powerful, compassionate culture of their company.
Sarah Sabater: Finalist for Employer of the Year
Sarah Sabater’s journey is rooted in a deeply personal mission. Inspired by the poor quality of care her terminally ill father received in 2005 and her later experience supporting her mother through dementia, Sarah founded CareYourWay on a principle of compassionate, person-centred support.
